Spectrophon Ltd.
Founded in 2012, located in Rehovot, Israel. We have begun our way developing cheap disposable sensors for specific chemical substances in liquid or gas. Now we emphasize on development of health and sport sensors together with software, integrated in wearable devices such as smartwatches and in smartphones.
Currently we focus the application of our technology on four subjects: glucometry, calorimetry (calories burned monitor), body dehydration monitoring and lactate monitor. We integrated our technology in commercially available smartwatch and successfully tested it in a few clinical studies (for glucometry and dehydration monitor) as well focus studies (for the calorimeter and lactate monitor). Our technology can be used with many other wearable devices and smartphones as well.
